I will let you know that next month will not be so easy. I'm going to make you work for every point beginning today. I think it really got hard for me last week because there was a couple of days that I felt like what was the point because there would be no way to win. Well, new month new challenge.
As far as the weight goes, do you want to start fresh with the beginning weights for the month. I mean ignore our increases and take points for each loss. I don't see the harm considering it's a new challenge. We can't do that in the middle of challenges but at the beginning I don't see a problem. Let me know what you think.
Well, here's to a new month. Remember all the extras added this month: veggie's, fruit, breakfast, and no eating past 8. Also keep in mind the bonus points when it comes to exercise and eating out. I know I want as many bonus points as necessary. We can do this.
